Lost Or Stolen packages
We will always do our best to assist you, but, Force Case. does NOT hold responsibility for any packages that are lost or stolen in transit. You must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim on a missing package.
We are proud to serve our customers from all over the world. The default pricing on our website is in USD and the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. Shipping usually takes 10-20 business days to arrive from the United States to your country. However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs.
Bolt Case is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Where is my order?
Tracking information is provided on every order. The tracking will state the day your order is estimated to be delivered and when it has been delivered. If for whatever reason your package does not reach you, please contact our customer support agents and provide your order number. Please note, we are not responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse.
